The brewery opened in February 2011, with guidance from the historic Miyasaka Brewing Co., Ltd., which has been producing sake in Japan since the 1600s under brands like MASUMI and MIYASAKA. Master brewmaster Yoshiko Takahashi, an award-winning expert from Nagano, also lends her expertise to ensure a genuine and high-quality tasting experience.
